What happens when I make a reservation?
Once you complete your booking, the details of the booking are sent to our company email ( copy is sent to you as well ) , we will review your reservation and send you confirmation with instructions how to find/meet driver. We will respond as soon as possible ; if something urgent you can always contact to our company number 385 91 33 22 022 ( whatapp) or 385 98 725 769 ( call, SMS, or whatapp)
What does the price include?
A one-way price will include a single journey, either from your arrival airport, to your accommodation or from your accommodation to your departure airport. A return booking includes both the arrival and departure transfer from airport to accommodation upon arrival and from accommodation to airport on departure. No extra charges, except tip to driver ( optional)
How do I find my driver for airport transfers ?
After collecting the luggage, you go to the arrivals area and your driver will hold a board with your name on If for any reason you cannot find your driver you can contact us to our emergency number 385 98 725 769 ( call, text message or whatapp)
How do I find my driver for departure airport transfers ?
You will be collected from the hotel/accommodation reception or at location of your chioce. We recommend pick up 2 hours before departure but we will pick you up at any time you request. We will contact you before pick up by email or phone ( text or whatapp message) with car and driver details , so you will know exactly license plates of the vehicle and name of driver
What happens if my arrival flight is delayed?
We monitor arrival flight times and driver will be there when you arrive. No extra charges if your flight is delayed.
Do I need to tip the driver?
Like anywhere, tipping in Croatia is (of course) based on the service you received, and certainly not obligatory, however, if you enjoyed the service, tips are definitely appreciated. Generally, about 10%-15% of the service is considered a nice tip.
